Service:Far Infrared Sauna Therapy add another, change

All sessions are private, hour-long sessions and include the use of the Far Infrared Sauna for a recommended 20-45 minutes and the use of the rebounder trampoline for 10-15 min for improved lymphatic flow and circulatory flow and an increase in white blood cell production.  A yoga mat and strengthening equipment are also supplied for your use during your session.   We have towels, wraps, and filtered water available for you, although you are welcome to bring your own.  Drink plenty of filtered, mineral water on the day of your session.  A dehydrated body does not want to sweat.  A niacin regimen is recommended for detox and can be discussed with Jamie during a Food as Medicine consultation.
